We just found out that 100% of members who use either Gmail or Yahoo did not receive our emails last night. We sent an email announcing the premiere as well as the new Expansion. This appears to also have happened to Hotmail/Outlook users in the past 🤦♂️ Ugh.
We're also concerned you guys aren't receiving your login emails sent from the Expansion Site.
We're working with support to figure out why this is happening, but in the meantime, please reach out to us at brothers@beliefhole.com if you're having ANY issues and need help.

If you do have a newsletter from us in your inbox - announcing an Expansion or such - it might help keep our emails from bouncing if you simply reply to that newsletter email. It could just be a dogman emoji or a "hey there". This tells the spam filter lords that we are a safe email address.
Additionally, to better guarantee our emails reach you, you can add us to your email client's whitelist. Whether it's gmail, yahoo or something else. See specific instructions linked below for that:
